About the Role As Market Insights Manager, you will be the key point of reference for the Strategic Leadership Team (SLT), gathering and analysing data to provide actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. You’ll conduct external research, horizon scanning, and competitive analysis while ensuring customer and consumer behaviours are deeply understood. With a focus on delivering clear, evidence-based guidance, you’ll help Certsure identify trends, mitigate risks, and seize opportunities to stay ahead in a competitive landscape. This is a management role where you’ll promote a culture of care and high performance, working collaboratively across teams to ensure Certsure delivers on its vision. Key Responsibilities Conduct research to identify market trends, customer behaviours, and strategic opportunities. Lead internal information gathering and analyse insights using robust methodologies. Perform competitive analysis to identify differentiation and competitive advantage. Manage corporate horizon scanning and risk management processes. Provide strategic guidance to the SLT, supporting the development of aligned operational plans and budgets. Communicate insights clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, from team members to senior leaders. Ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate effectively at all levels. Working knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting tools. Demonstrable management skills, fostering high-performance and collaborative cultures. Commitment to continuous professional development. Ability to inspire and engage teams, supporting their development and delivering results. Desirable: Experience managing budgets and working in a regulated sector. Knowledge of corporate risk management.
