A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOUSEKEEPER AT OUR HOTEL
What you'll be doing...
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following:
* Carrying out cleaning duties as designated by management, ensuring high standards.
* Ensuring each guest’s room is thoroughly cleaned and to be respectful of their property when in the room.
* Working as a member of the team and contribute to its overall effectiveness.
* Responding timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, cots, extra towels.
* Bringing to the attention of senior staff any incident affecting the guests and colleagues.
* Supporting other areas of the hotel as required
