Rotherwood Education are looking to recruit a highly motivated Painting & Decorating Trainer Assessor to join a forward thinking, vibrant College in Burnley. This position is set to start ASAP and ongoing until October 2025. The position is to work 18.5 hours a week across Monday - Wednesday. As a part time Painting & Decorating Trainer Assessor the applicant will be expected to take part in any necessary activities/ duties of a permanent member of staff including planning and parent's evenings if required. The successful Painting & Decorating Trainer Assessor will: Be able to travel between College sites and travel to visit learners at their place of work, to conduct progress reviews, assessments and support. Hold a valid teaching qualification such as PGCE, QTS or QTLS Have Painting & Decorating Level 3 qualification Have Maths & English L2 minimum Have previous experience teaching and current industry knowledge Posses an Assessor's qualification Have a good understanding and experience of delivering Apprentice Standards L2 in Painting & Decorating Have an understanding of EPA (End Point Assessment) process and requirements Possess good IT skills and ideally have experience of using OneFile.
