About You
You will be highly motivated to achieve the very best outcomes for our young people who are leaving care and making the transition to adulthood. You will have excellent skills in working flexibly and proactively with young people to ensure they reach their potential. You will have a good understanding of trauma and the impact this can have on our young people. You will be committed to partnership working with our colleagues in both children’s and adults’ services. You will develop and maintain close relationships with all our partner agencies who play their part in supporting our care leavers.
