We are looking for a Business Development Manager to support the growth of our B2B outsourcing services across the UK. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with strong experience in B2B sales, especially towards corporate and enterprise clients, and with a passion for relationship-building, networking, and driving commercial success.
DESCRIPTION
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, building strategic relationships, and expanding our client base in the UK market. You will play a hands-on role in all phases of the sales cycle—from lead generation and first contact to negotiation and contract closing.
Your activities will be focused on outsourcing services, including business process outsourcing, shared services, and potentially nearshore/offshore models. You will work independently while closely collaborating with internal teams to ensure the right solution is presented to each client.
Key tasks include attending networking events and industry meetups, conducting outreach through email and social channels, engaging in social selling, and managing your pipeline through CRM tools. Success in this role will be measured by the quality and volume of client engagements and closed opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Native-level English fluency—both written and spoken—is mandatory.
- Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong focus on corporate or enterprise clients.
- Prior experience in selling outsourcing services, business solutions, consulting, or similar offerings is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Comfortable with networking, attending business events, building client relationships, and leveraging social selling tools (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Capable of working independently, managing your own time, and driving activities without close supervision.

CONTRACT STRUCTURE
This is a contractor role, designed for professionals who operate as individual entrepreneurs/freelancers.
You will be required to invoice monthly for your services. Your compensation will include a fixed monthly fee, with additional quarterly performance-based bonuses. Health insurance coverage is included as part of the engagement.
