Our Tamworth based client, immediately requires a Contract / Customer Support Coordinator. Possible permanent positions following a successful trial period. Duties include:
* Inputting of bookings from customers
* Customer liaison
* Partner liaison
* Key account management
* Dealing with queries and complaints
* Working with internal departments to resolve customer issues
* Ensuring customers’ needs are met
* Client retention
* KPI production
* Facilitating customer service tasks
Our client offers:
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 – 17:00 (42.5 hours per week) – flexibility is needed
* Onsite car park
Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous Customer Service experience, preferably in the Transport Industry
* Customer-focused with dedication to service delivery
* Able to maintain positivity under pressure and reprioritize workload
* Reliable with the ability to multitask and strong problem-solving skills
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and numeracy
* Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner
* Driving licence
