Job Description:
Your Role and Responsibilities:
* Drive business development strategies to maximize profitable revenue, build new pipelines, and increase share of wallet from existing clients.
* Develop and implement international strategies to expand the firm's global presence.
* Collaborate with other Heads of BD and M to optimize group opportunities.
* Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing team, setting clear objectives and PDP plans.
* Implement Key Account Management programs with actionable plans, conduct research, and share knowledge.
* Utilize reporting systems and data insights to monitor ROI and activity effectiveness.
* Manage business development budgets to ensure value for money and assess ROI for future strategies.
* Support management and decision-making to maximize profitability.
* Assist Partners with presentations, proposals, and strategic direction for new business pitches.
* Identify future trends in bids/tenders and advise on strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
About You:
* Experience designing and achieving strategic business development goals, particularly in Personal Injury.
* Ability to inspire, engage, and develop high-performing teams.
* Strong forward-looking skills to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
* Proven experience in senior business development roles relevant to Personal Injury.
* Effective data interpretation skills for decision-making.
* Comfortable with change, challenging norms, and seeking continuous improvement.
* Experience working within a multi-disciplinary marketing and business development team in medium/large organizations.
* Obsessed with client care and delivering outstanding service.
