Attraction Assistant
Location: Stoke Bruerne
Position: Part-time - Casual working days/hours
Duration: Temp contract from July to October
Role Overview
As an Attraction Assistant, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting various areas of the business, including the retail shop and front of house for the onsite café.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent customer service in the café, retail, and visitor engagement to ensure memorable experiences and encourage return visits.
* Assisting with food preparation for the café.
* Responding promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries via the welcome desk, phone, or email, maintaining a focus on customer excellence.
* Working flexibly across departments such as café and retail, adapting to the rota.
* Managing retail and catering stock levels, including updates, replacements, and record-keeping.
Skills & Experiences
* Strong customer focus, with relevant experience in retail or hospitality preferred.
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet; willingness to learn company systems.
* Ability to work well under pressure during busy periods.
* Good prioritization and workload management skills.
Additional Details
Working hours are from 10 am to 4 pm.
Pay rate: £13.50 per hour.
