Parts Advisor - Magherafelt - Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen within a woodwork machinery company with nearly 30 years of experience as they are looking to hire a Parts Advisor on a permanent basis.
* Full Time Permanent
* Salary up to £30,000 per annum
* 8.30am -5pm Mon to Thursday (4pm Friday finish)
* 30 days annual leave
* Onsite Car Parking
* Company Pension Scheme
* Full training provided.
What will you be doing in this role?
* Identifying spare parts using machine online manuals and technical diagrams.
* Being first point of contact for all customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail
* Assisting in the sourcing of parts identified for customers and site engineers.
* Advising on parts availability, pricing, and lead time
* Liaising with Warranty department case owners and ensuring timely processing of returns.
* Maintaining an accurate internal stock control system
* Co-ordinating transportation of parts via couriers, Track deliveries for customers
* Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of all paperwork relating to the role.
* Ensuring that the Parts Department runs efficiently.
What requirements are needed for this role?
* Experience of working within a busy office environment, ideally in an aftersales customer service role would be advantageous.
* Self-motivated and able to work using own initiative.

* Ability to organise and prioritise workload using own initiative to meet deadlines.
* Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard or equivalent to include Maths and English.
* Computer literate / Proficient in MS Office
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
* Experience in the woodworking and metal working industry would be advantageous.
