We are currently seeking a PPA teacher for a primary school on the outskirts of Wigan to work part-time, 2 days a week on a Monday and Tuesday,hours of work are 8.30-3.30 with daily pay rates £120-£199.The role is to start in September and will continue for the full academic year.
As the PPA teacher, you will cover classes across the school, providing essential support to the classroom teachers and ensuring that students receive a high-quality education. You will be working with children of all ages, from Year 2 to Year 6, so a strong understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons is essential.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced teacher who is passionate about education and has a proven track record of delivering excellent results. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also have a strong commitment to inclusion and be able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of all students.
To join us and be successful in this primary teacher role you will need to:
1. Hold QTS status
2. Experience of working across both key stage 1 and 2
3. This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
4. Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
5. You must have the legal right to work in the UK
