Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team at Outcomes First Group.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our well-established Clinical Team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils, holding a caseload alongside other clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality assessment and intervention plans for pupils.
* Hold a caseload of pupils and work collaboratively with other clinicians.
* Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice.

Salary: Up to £60,000 (pro rata, depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only

Requirements:
* Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational)
* Experience working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs
* Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required
