Job Opportunity As a Collections Driver, you'll handle collections with meticulous attention, ensuring accurate parcel scanning and segregation. Timely pickups and adherence to safety protocols are paramount. You'll excel in customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and offering support in mail preparation. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Keep your vehicle in top shape, both in cleanliness and compliance with company policy, and report any issues promptly. Additional Information This Collections Driver role is 30 hours per week on a permanent contract, Monday to Friday. Start times are between 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Essential Skills Willingness to embrace different and varying responsibilities. Friendly and professional manner when dealing with customers. Ability to cooperate successfully with fellow staff at all levels. Good knowledge of the local area and road networks. Ability to drive a 3.5t Sprinter-type vehicle. Able to load and unload items of up to 30kg. Must have no more than three points on driving licence.
