* Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
* Track and monitor the progress of cases and liaising with senior leadership as appropriate.
* Encourage good working practices by advising manager of procedures. Liaising with clients and stakeholders
* Ensuring efficient document management
* Assisting in the preparation of regular reports
* Handling correspondence and queries
* Maintaining office systems
* Participating in team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues
Profile
A successful Office Administrator should have:
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proven experience in the Property industry
* Strong organisational skills
* Excellent communication abilities
