The role:
* Strategic annual brand planning full mix development and execution
* Develop and manage a dynamic promotional calendar, planning key activations and campaigns throughout the year
* Think outside the box to create engaging, cost-effective campaigns that maximise ROI
* Identify opportunities for creative partnerships and collaborations
* Work closely with the team to ensure all campaigns are aligned with brand goals and timelines
* Continuously track campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure maximum ROI on every initiative.
* External Agency Management

* FMCG SME experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Self-sufficient, comfortable owning and driving the marketing function
* Commercially savvy, balancing creativity with data led decisions
* Strategic, delivering activations that drive sales and growth across multiple channels
* Highly organised, managing multiple projects with ease.
* Inventive and resourceful and comfortable advising senior stakeholders
* Bold, proactive, and hands-on—ready to roll up sleeves and make things happen.
