Following the National Curriculum and ensure high-quality teaching standards. Maintaining a positive learning environment and manage classroom behaviour effectively. Adapting to different class groups, ensuring continuity in teaching and learning. Working collaboratively with fellow teachers and school staff. Engaging with students to promote a love for learning. Required Skills and Experience: Qualified Teacher Status ( QTS ) or Early Career Teacher ( ECT ). Experience teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2. Ability to adapt to different classes and year groups. Strong classroom management and organisational skills. Passion for teaching and helping students thrive.
