We are looking for a proactive individual with experience in a customer service or supply chain role. The role is to manage the customer order from order receipt, production to delivery and invoice. You will be able to liaise with suppliers in the Far East and communicate in a timely manner to customers both internally and externally.
Merchandiser - The Role
Order Book Management
1. Management of critical path for key retailers
2. Ensure deadlines are met
3. Effective problem solving
Customer Service
1. Ensure clear, precise, and professional communication
2. Ability to build professional relationships with internal and external customers
Supply Chain
1. Working with suppliers in the UK and Asia
2. Managing and expediting deliveries
3. Working accurately with ERP system from sales order entry through to invoicing
Key Skills and Attributes
1. Detail orientated, highly organised individual. Proactive attitude and thrives in a fast paced environment.
2. Self motivated but also able to work as part of a team
3. Able to manage multiple tasks accurately
4. Proficient in excel
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Experience of ERP systems (SAP/Syspro)
7. You will need to be hard working and have flexible attitude to work
