Playmania Pre-school and Nursery is a brand-new nursery opening in Handsworth, S13 for 3-5 year olds. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Practitioner with a passion for giving children the best start in life to act as our Room Leader and step up in the absence of management. We are also looking for someone with a passion for making a difference to children with additional needs.

We believe that every child provides new opportunities for growth and learning and therefore want all our staff to continue to grow in their development by being hands on in the classroom and really knowing the children in our care.
Additionally, the implementation of our two-way behavior management policy is unique to education settings – providing children and staff alike the unique opportunity to learn from each other and allow room for mistakes and improvements in your development.
The candidate must have a deep understanding of the Early Years Framework, Goals and Areas of Development and a real passion for giving children the best start in life as well as a passion for Physical Development and Mathematics within early years.
