Our client is a Security Industry Authority (SIA) ACS approved provider of bespoke security services and solutions, based in the Midlands, UK. The company specialises in key-holding, CCTV and alarm installation, monitoring and response, mobile patrols, and manned guarding across all sectors.
They have strengthened its position in the industry by providing quality services managed through a 24/7 manned, purpose-built, live Operations Room.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Telford. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. They will also be involved in creating and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
2. Strong networking and relationship-building skills
3. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
5. Knowledge of the security industry and security services is a plus
6. Experience with CRM software and sales tools
7. Working knowledge of B2B platforms and similar tender tools.
