Rate: £12.50 per hour ?Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a fantastic team, providing first-class support to customers while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers a great opportunity to develop your customer service skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Assist customers in a local branch with new accounts, pricing, orders, and general queries. Transactions & Payments: Process payments, reconcile banking transactions, and manage credit notes in line with company policies. Account Management: Calculate commission payments, track cylinder holdings, and generate Proforma invoices. Problem Resolution: Provide swift and effective solutions to customer inquiries, escalating issues when necessary. Sales & Relationship Management: Identify sales opportunities and refer them to the sales team while building strong, long-term relationships with customers and agents. Stock & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on products, services, and systems, assisting with stock counts and keeping customers informed about new offerings. Compliance & KPIs: Work within performance targets to deliver an exceptional customer experience while handling transactions securely.
