In this pivotal role, you'll play a key part in optimizing and streamlining our operations, ensuring efficiency and seamless execution. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an innovative, high-energy team, where your contributions will make a direct impact Location: Unit 2 Imperial Park, Siskin Parkway West, Coventry, CV3 4PB Shift Pattern: 4on 3 off Hours: 23:00pm - 10:00am Salary: £28,144.31 per annum What you’ll be doing: Lead or assist in the pre-briefing of drivers, ensuring all key information, schedules, and route plans are communicated clearly and effectively Supporting drivers by helping them with delivery routes and instructions, ensuring everything is set for smooth and timely deliveries Managing paperwork and ensuring it’s completed with precision and efficiency. Driving Health & Safety excellence by ensuring a secure and safe working environment at all times. Providing real-time updates by liaising with drivers during their shifts to track delivery progress, and feeding back any important updates to the relevant departments. Being the go-to person for drivers, briefing them, and being the first point of contact for all queries. You’ll ensure all feedback is shared and help meet our key performance targets. With experience in busy transport admin, you'll thrive under pressure, be PC literate (with solid skills in Word and Excel), and have an eagle eye for detail to keep operations running smoothly. What we need from you: A strong understanding of transport legislation and logistics operations. Previous experience in a transport or logistics environment is ideal. The ability to think on your feet and problem-solve quickly to keep things moving smoothly. Experience with in-house transport management systems (great, but not essential).
