You will work closely withlandlords, tenants, and property management teams to maintainaccurate records and uphold professional standards. * Conductingthorough inspections of properties, including residential andcommercial spaces, before and afteroccupancy
* Recording detailed descriptions ofproperty contents, including furnishings, appliances, fixtures, andother relevant items

* Capturing clear and comprehensivephotographic evidence of property conditions to support writtenrecords
* Preparing detailed inventory reportsdoenting all findings, including descriptions, conditions, andphotographic evidence
* Coordinating propertyinspections with tenants, landlords, and property management teams,ensuring all parties are informed andinvolved
