Applications are invited for the post of Consultant in Paediatric ENT Surgery at Addenbrooke's Hospital, part of Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Main Duties of the Job
This post is a new, full-time substantive position working alongside the 2 current Paediatric ENT Consultants in providing tertiary Paediatric ENT to the region. The ENT department at Addenbrooke's Hospital provides a comprehensive service for all ENT conditions and consists of 14 Consultants. There are strong, close working relationships with Paediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care teams, Respiratory Paediatrics, Paediatric Oncology, and General Paediatrics.
You will be fully registered with the GMC and ideally have achieved CCT or be within six months of the award of CCT at the time of the interview. Applications are welcomed from those unable to work full-time for personal reasons or those wishing to job-share.

Leadership is a key requirement of doctors' professional work, and this innovative programme is designed to support Consultants in honing the leadership and management skills they need to succeed at CUH.
About Us
The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing, and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC's Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.

Salary: £105,504 to £139,882 per annum pro rata.
