Job Title: Account / Relationship Manager
Location: London
Work Pattern: Hybrid 2 days in the office
Role Overview: Your main responsibility as an Account / Relationship Manager is to create revenue and profit that satisfy established KPIs by continuously onboarding and managing new and current clients.
Responsibilities
* Identifying new company prospects, including customer and market expansion.
* Provide a positive customer experience when onboarding new clients
* Close sales successfully
* Building customer trust in financial risk and exposure.
* Meet sales KPIs consistently.
* Organize client meetings to strengthen connections.
* Participate in industry networking events regularly.
* Build good connections with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and compliance teams.
Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of FX/CFD markets, suppliers, products, services, and pricing methods.
* Over 5 years of sales experience in the financial business.
* Demonstrated expertise in FX and CFD brokerage, preferably with a customer base.
* Demonstrated effectiveness in high-pressure sales environments.
* Demonstrated ability to establish and manage good client relationships.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs/G Suite.
* Strong sales abilities.
* Demonstrates a strong desire to succeed in the fast-paced financial profession and a proactive approach to taking initiative.
* Demonstrates the ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines with flexibility.
* Demonstrates strong teamwork and communication abilities (both written and vocal).
Further Education / Qualifications
* Desirable: BSc/BA in any discipline.
