If our mission and this opportunity resonates with you, we want to hear from you Roles and Responsibilities: Take ownership of a caseload of vacancies, overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish. Collaborate with employers to understand their candidate requirements and desired qualifications for each vacancy. Establish strong relationships with employers to ensure a clear understanding of their recruitment needs. Write compelling job adverts tailored to each vacancy and provide regular updates to employers on the progress of their recruitment campaigns. Utilise an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate applications and interactions. Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the criteria for apprenticeships and align with employer expectations. Provide Information, Advice, and Guidance (IAG) to candidates regarding their CVs and conduct interview preparation sessions. Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates, strategically matching them to suitable vacancies. Continuously assess candidate skills, qualifications, and preferences to facilitate efficient and effective placements. Work closely with internal teams, including account managers, to streamline the recruitment process and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Coordinate candidate interviews and feedback sessions Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Successful placement rate. Employer satisfaction scores. Candidate retention and satisfaction levels. Candidate screening rate.
