We are supporting a leading food manufacturer in Leicester in their search for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and drive financial strategy.
This is a pivotal role in maintaining financial integrity, optimising costs, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare and maintain accurate management accounts, financial statements, and reports.
· Oversee bank reconciliations, supplier invoices, and supplier payment runs.
· Manage VAT returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
· Conduct financial analysis, including product and customer profitability.
· Monitor cash flow, forecast financial performance, and support budgeting.
· Process supplier invoices and manage customer invoicing and collections.
· Develop cost-saving strategies and financial insights to support decision-making.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
· Continuously improve financial processes and implement automation for efficiency.
Key Requirements:
· ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified or part-qualified (Desirable).
· Experience in a similar finance management role (Essential).
· Strong knowledge of financial software, particularly Xero (Essential).
