Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, The box office is open from 9.30am to 8.30pm Monday – Saturday and some Sundays so there will need to be flexibility to work shifts within these time periods. We are also happy to consider applications on part time/job share basis. Please note this is a 6 month fixed term contract to backfill maternity leave cover. About the Role The Box Office Assistants work in a fast paced customer facing environment on a rota basis, covering a mixture of daytime, evening and weekend shifts. Our Box Office Assistants are responsible for generating income through ticket sales and for positively promoting Norwich Theatre’s vision, mission and values to the public. About You The successful candidates will have a passion for live Theatre and previous experience with delivering the highest standards of customer service in a similar environment. A knowledge of Spektrix or a similar ticketing system is desirable.
