Senior Amazon Connect Architect
About the Role:
We areseeking a highly skilled Senior Amazon Connect Architect to leadthe design and implementation of complex contact center solutionsfor our clients. As a key member of our team you will beresponsible for architecting developing and deploying robustcontact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and a broadrange of AWS services. You will collaborate closely with clientsstakeholders and a team of AWS cloud engineers to deliverexceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of AWS cloudengineers in the design development and implementation of contactcenter solutions.
• Architecture Design:Develop and own the overall architecture of contact centersolutions ensuring optimal performance scalability andsecurity.
• AWS Expertise: Leverage deepknowledge of AWS services (Lambda DynamoDB S3 SNS Lex Bedrock APIGateway Pinpoint etc.) to build integrated contact centersolutions.
• Amazon Connect Mastery:Demonstrate indepth expertise in Amazon Connect including contactflows agent desktops routing analytics and integrationcapabilities.
• CDK Proficiency: Utilize AWSCDK for infrastructure as code to automate and streamline thedeployment process.
• Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical andnontechnical stakeholders. Build strong relationships with clientsand internal teams.
• Problem Solving: Identifyand resolve complex technical challenges providing innovativesolutions and workarounds.
• Best Practices:Adhere to AWS best practices and security standards to ensure thereliability and compliance of solutions.
•Continuous Improvement: Stay uptodate with the latest advancementsin contact center technology and AWS services.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a SeniorAmazon Connect Architect with a strong track record of successfulcontact center implementations.
• Deepunderstanding of AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Proficiency in AWS CDK for infrastructure ascode.
• Strong problemsolving and analyticalskills.
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead andmentor a team of engineers.
PreferredQualifications:
• Certifications in AWS andAmazon Connect.
• Experience with contactcenter industry standards and regulations.
•Knowledge of scripting languages (PythonJavaScript).
