Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Restaurant Manager. Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and motivating a high-performing team
• Managing daily operations, including inventory control and scheduling
• Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints
• Maintaining high standards of food quality and safety
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the fast-food industry
• Proven track record of improving team performance and driving business results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations
