Our client, a family office with interests within the hospitality, hotel and property industries, is looking for a proactive PA to support their Directors. Based in their Ruislip offices 5 days a week, you will be a right hand to the Managing Director and Founder of the business. The role will include managing their schedules, along with liaising both externally and internally, and being a gatekeeper to them. Along with the day to day duties, they require a PA who can manage timelines, arrange events and attend meetings, following up on action points. Duties will include:
* Diary management and inbox management
* Travel arrangements
* Managing correspondence
* Managing townhalls, events, investor meetings, conferences
* Overseeing the office including supplies and cleaning staff
* Meeting and greeting guests, managing meeting rooms
Requirements for the role:
* The successful candidate will need to be based 5 days a week in their Ruislip office
* PA experience within Property, Finance or a Hospitality group advantageous
* High attention to detail
* Extremely organised
* Professional and personable
* Tech savvy
