This hugely successful IT services company a MSP ( managed services provider ) is very well established and has an excellent reputation for reliability, trust and service. It has a very loyal client base of some 100 business customers and is set for further growth and expansion. You will be key to enabling this.
They have a CRM database that you can use remotely; full of warm leads, ready for contact and development. Working from this, the role involves:
- contacting potential customers via phone & email, establishing rapport and booking appointments
- identifying new sales leads and general pitching the clients services
The person:
