JOB TITLE: Procurement Administrator
CONTRACT: Permanent
SALARY: £28,000 - £35,000
The Procurement Administrator will play a crucial role in our client's team. Working closely with the Project Management, Pre-Sales, Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams, you will manage the pricing and procurement of project equipment. This role involves overseeing the full procurement life cycle across a wide range of projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Place stock orders for each project within the designated timeframes.
2. Develop and maintain procurement processes for project hardware.
3. Collaborate with various teams to address any ordering challenges.
4. Manage ongoing relationships with partners and vendors.
5. Provide timely updates to the relevant teams throughout the procurement process.
6. Collect and manage project-specific pricing from vendors during the quotation stage.
7. Review pricing on quotes prior to approval.
8. Ensure accurate pricing within the quotation software and manage price changes from vendors.
9. Support the Finance Team with financial reporting and invoice queries.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Strong relationship building and negotiation abilities.
4. Effective problem-solving skills and interpersonal communication.
5. Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
6. Flexible approach and adaptability to changing situations.
7. Previous administration experience within the AV industry is preferred.
