An international wealth solutions client are seeking to appoint a Policy Servicing Administrator, to support the Operations Department primarily in relation to servicing unit linked plans and processing client data requests. Working as part of their dynamic policy servicing team, you will be required to support their customers with regards to their policy servicing requirements, such as address updates, beneficiary updates, and name changes. Ideally you will have experience within the finance industry at administrator level, GSCEs in English and Maths, as well as experience at working in a customer services environment. You will need to show strong attention to detail, have excellent time management and prioritisation techniques, be results focused, with excellent communication skills.
