ProblemShared is a remote business, and we have no central office. As a result, the team all work from home (or other suitable locations) so you will need to be comfortable with this as a working environment.

Overview
The Neurodevelopmental (ND) Team works with referring partners to facilitate Autism, ADHD and SpLD assessments, as well as ongoing support for individuals with a positive diagnosis via the Medication, Education Navigation and Psychoeducation pathways. The Operations Support Officer provides high-quality, operational support to ensure the smooth running of the ND Service. This role specifically will be focused on the Psychoeducation Service which forms part of our post diagnosis offering.
Key Responsibilities:
* Booking in client sessions and making any necessary adjustments in line with our internal scheduling processes.
* Ensuring clients receive their pre-session forms and appointment information before the assessment and that sessions are booked into the system in a timely manner.
* Supporting the Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of ND clients through their ProblemShared journey.
* Ensuring client records are maintained with up-to-date information.
* Accurately recording client actions to allow for precise reporting.
* Developing an understanding of the nuances of the different pathways available to ND clients to appropriately respond to client queries.
* Managing clinician availability to ensure clients can access ND services in a timely manner.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Required
* Relevant administration and/or operations experience, including scheduling or diary management at scale.
* Recent experience and/or good knowledge of Excel.
* Professional, friendly, and informative communication style (both verbal and written).
* Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software and processes quickly.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
* Self-motivated and comfortable with remote working.
Desirable
* Previous experience in a start-up/scale-up (within health tech is a bonus).
* Previous experience working with Neurodiverse people, especially in a client/customer facing role.
* Previous experience with Zendesk or similar communication platforms.
