About the Role We are looking for a passionate, confident, and organized Renewals Administrator to join our vibrant team. As a key member of the Climb customer-facing team, you will help achieve monthly targets and contribute to the growth of the company and brand. You will manage your own workload with great attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy, while also collaborating with the Climb Sales team to support each other as needed. Your key responsibilities will include: Working with publishers and suppliers to request quotes for both incumbent and non-incumbent renewals. Using our in-house system to secure proactive quotes three months in advance. Creating customer quotations for the sales team to release, sometimes sending these out in bulk. Understanding all aspects of the renewals process. Ensuring all renewal dates and serial keys are accurately recorded in the system. Providing ad-hoc support as needed to facilitate the success of the renewals function, as directed by the Renewals Team Leader.
