Who is New England Seafood International?
New England Seafood International (NESI) was established in 1991 and is an importer and processor of premium fresh and frozen sustainable fish and seafood. NESI employs circa 650 people across two sites in the UK and imports a wide range of wild and farmed fish and shellfish from all around the world. We are part of the Sealaska Corporation, an Alaska Native corporation formed in 1971 and which is owned by 22,000 Tlingit, Haida and Tsimshian shareholders, who are all bloodline descendants of the first settlers to the Americas.

Job Title: Delivery Driver
Reports to: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Chessington, KT9 1TW
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Shift pattern: Sunday – Thursday
Hours: 11pm – 8am (Overtime on a Saturday every other weekend)
Accountabilities
1. Delivering a wide variety of products both Chilled and Frozen in a refrigerated vehicle to different locations and through different routes in and around central London
2. Following routes and time schedules
3. Completing vehicle checks and ensuring cleanliness of vehicle, washing of vans completed and any damage reported
4. Loading, unloading, preparing, inspecting and operating the delivery vehicle
5. Ensuring all deliveries are left in the required customer location
What experiences, knowledge and capabilities do I need to demonstrate?
1. You should be experienced in commercial driving, and have an excellent knowledge of central London
2. Ability to operate a vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills
Minimum Requirements
1. Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
2. Valid professional driver’s license
3. Good driving record with no traffic violations
Working Pattern
You will be working 11PM – 8AM, Sunday to Thursday, with the requirement to work overtime on a Saturday, normally every other weekend.
