Main duties of the job The postholder will work within the Healthcare Apprenticeship team, working on apprenticeships in Health Care Support Worker L2, Senior Health Care Support Worker L3, and Functional Skills L1 and L2, as the provision demands. Our teaching delivery model is a blended approach, consisting of remote learning and live sessions both online and in the classroom setting. The post holder must be an excellent communicator who is apprentice and quality focused. Responsibilities include: deliver teaching and support apprentices to ensure progression for their standard overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet apprentice's needs supporting development of apprentices to maximise full potential / stretch knowledge assess apprenrentices' knowledge and skills against the criteria with the standards and the Level 3 Diploma in Healthcare Support for apprentices undertaking the Senior Health Care Support Worker Standard. organise and maintain documentation on apprentices' progress supporting apprentices with feedforward to achieve their potential at End Point Assessment (EPA) review/ discuss apprentice development and progression with employers Support, advise and motivate apprentices.
