Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. Chartered membership with a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS). Proven experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably in property & development, construction, or strategic land sectors. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
