About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager. This is a critical role within our organisation, overseeing the full internal end-to-end payroll process. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll management, compliance with regulations, and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the full payroll process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
2. Oversee and process all payroll activities, including but not limited to tax, benefits, and deductions.
3. Supervise one Payroll Administrator, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation and internal policies.
5. Utilize Crown and People XD systems for payroll processing and reporting.
6. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration and address any payroll-related queries.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar Payroll Manager role, managing large payroll operations.
2. Proficiency in payroll systems.
3. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations.
4. Excellent organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex payroll processes.
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
6. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
