IT Support Engineer - Winchester (Shift-Based) - Microsoft Operating Systems
TrinIT Talent are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our customers team based in Winchester. This is a permanent position paying up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience (+ ability to join an on-call rota which works out to be additional £2,000 per annum).
This role will entail working on shift-based patterns, as below:
* 2 days of Early Rota: 07:00 to 14:00
* 2 days of Late Rota: 14:00 to 22:00
* 2 days of Night Rota: 22:00 to 07:00
* 4 days off
Key skills:
* Experience in Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11 Support/Exchange/Active Directory).
* A passion for IT and helping users, with a constant desire to learn and expand your expertise.
* The ability to work under pressure while multitasking.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills, along with a logical and methodical approach to troubleshooting.
* Flexibility in work attitude and a willingness to contribute.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge across different areas.
* Enjoys working with customers and is confident in resolving their issues.
