We are looking for a Pastoral Support Officer to join our team. this is a permanent contract, working 35.25 hours per week (35 hours, 15 minutes), 39 weeks per year (term time plus inset days) Grade 8, Point 12: ACTUAL: £22,139 per annum (Pay award Pending) The successful candidate will oversee and manage the behaviour of students within the school. You will be responsible for implementing strategies and interventions to support students in developing positive behaviours and attitudes towards learning. Additionally, you will work closely with teachers and parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all students. The ability to drive (and access to car) is essential for this role as there may be requirements in which you may need to travel.
