Job Description
Role Responsibilities:
1. Successful 1st time completion of all installations in a friendly, professional manner to a high standard.
2. Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and expectations.
3. Ensuring quality standards are met and maintained.
4. Documenting the installation from start to finish through use of a smartphone app.
5. Completion of Microsoft forms for reporting purposes.
6. Fault finding and diagnosis using test equipment.
7. Safe use of power tools and other hand tooling.
8. Adhering to safe working practices.
9. Health and safety compliance.
10. Maintain and control adequate van stock levels and materials.
11. Reporting of any faults or damage found in the network.
12. Routine Network Maintenance.
13. Some occasional overnight stays and working away if required for business requirements.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would be a hands-on practical person with a keen desire to learn new skills, perhaps from a similar industry with previous use of power tools or similar. Excellent customer skills are an absolute must, as is a strong team ethic and willingness to go the extra mile when needed to make sure our customers are connected 1st time. An outside-the-box thinker able to bring new ideas to the table.
Skills and Requirements:
1. Driving Licence.
2. Street Works Qualification Register (SWQR) ticket (desirable).
3. Hold a current trade card (ECS/CSCS/EUSR) (desirable).
4. Willingness to meet challenges and exceed set KPI's.
