Key Responsibilities Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts and management accounts Supervising and mentoring junior team members Liaising with clients, providing advice and support where needed Assisting with workflow planning and ensuring deadlines are met Requirements ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment Strong technical knowledge and understanding of accounting standards Excellent communication and organisational skills A proactive attitude and desire to develop professionally
