Role: Tech Lead Manager
Location: Hybrid, with some travel to Leeds HQ
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) per annum, plus extensive benefits

What you’ll be doing?
* Hands on development of P2U core internal systems, web and mobile, developing key frontend systems and interfaces for various projects
* Responsible for a growing team of developers and undertaking core line management duties such as 1:1s
* Caring about the code you write, but also the environment you foster, meaning that every decision you make has the best interests of your team and the projects we work on at its heart
Who are we looking for?
* Experience either leading a small team or mentoring junior developers as a senior
* Commercial experience of developing React, Next.JS, TypeScript, GraphQL and developing new components
* Experience in a headless, eCommerce platform such as BigCommerce
* Experience working within an Agile environment
