Pro-Found Recruitment are looking to recruit an Administrator for our client in Alfreton, DE55.
Administrator Benefits:
Hours: Monday to Friday working 8:30am - 5pm
Rate of Pay: £12.31ph
Contract: Temporary ongoing - up to 6 months (could lead to temp to perm)
Administrator role and responsibilities include:
* Receiving & verifying customers' orders.
* The use of SAP processing software to process orders.
* Communicating with customers on order status and any issues.
* Create shipping labels on occasion.
* Resolving customer enquiries and complaints.
* Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
* Generate reports on order processing activity
Administrator Key skills:
* Good communication skills - talking with customers/team/suppliers
* Good decision making and problem-solving skills
* Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast paced and changing environment
* Excellent team player qualities
* Working knowledge of sales related roles
* Good use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
* Installation and fabrication knowledge of building and fenestration products (desirable but not necessary)
Administrator Experience Required:
1. Experience in sales processing and/admin role
2. Experience in customer facing roles
