Job Summary
The Brand Manager will be responsible for the management and development of the Beauty Works consumer brand and product educational content for Beauty Works. Focusing on planning and communicating brand and consumer content strategy across the different marketing channels, social, website, marketplaces, email and performance channels.
The ideal candidate will be customer focused and think creatively about how to connect and resonate with our customer base whilst being organised and proficient in juggling multiple content projects.
Role Outline
1. You will work with the brand and creative teams to audit and identify gaps in the customer product content strategy, updating relevant pages and ensuring all consumer educational content is up to date across all platforms in order to grow our addressable customer base
2. You will be responsible for ensuring all Beauty Works copy and branding [assets] is consistent across all different platforms from Beauty Works online, to Marketplaces to policing our retail partner websites.
3. You will be responsible for delivering the Consumer product and educational content marketing plans including working with the NPD team on creating product marketing copy, defining USPs for the customer, relevant social content is filmed and filed accurately and ensuring creative briefs are aligned.
