Coordinate the resolution of defects, liaising with contractors, site teams, and customers. Schedule and manage appointments for inspections and remedial works. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and defect resolutions. Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
