Due to the continuing growth of the school, we are looking to appoint an experienced Pastoral Care Co-ordinator to join our busy and friendly Pastoral Support team as soon as possible. Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a ‘can do’ attitude and excellent IT and administration skills. The ability to work flexibly as part of a team, in a busy and sometimes challenging environment is essential. The successful candidate will be solution-focused, organised and able to work on their own initiative. The role is for 15 hours per week - 8.00 am-4.00pm on Mondays and Tuesdays. Term time only plus inset days 44.6 weeks per year (inclusive of 5.6 weeks paid annual leave) Grade: H5, SCP9 - £27,115 (FTE) – Pro-rata actual salary from £9,428 per annum for 2 days per week.
