A Planning and Forecasting Analyst is needed for a customer service department within a leading not-for-profit organisation. Description Developing and maintaining an efficient forecasting model for customer service queries. Planning staffing requirements and develop optimal schedules. Continuously analyse performance & re-forecast in real time, adjusting staffing plans as needed to align with business objectives. Working closely with the Customer Service team to understand and predict demand. Identifying trends and patterns in complex datasets. Providing insightful reports to guide decision making within the department. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment between demand and capacity. Supporting the implementation of strategic plans. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Continuously improving forecast accuracy. Profile A successful Planning and Forecasting Analyst should have: Planning staffing requirements and translating to the creation of optimal schedules and real-time management. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and forecasting tools. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in an understandable manner. A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously. Job Offer A competitive salary of approximately £30,000 - £35,000 per annum. A generous holiday leave entitlement.
