We are focused primarily on the real estate sector, working on some of the most ambitious and largest projects in the world – most of which are in the Middle East. We have teams in the UK, the Middle East, Viet Nam & Indonesia, and we welcome colleagues across the globe.
We are seeking a highly-organised, self-motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our busy and dynamic project team.
The Project Manager will play a crucial role, managing the workflow of our studio and production team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be required to join client calls, giving regular updates both internally and externally on project status. This role requires an initiative-taker who has strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to coordinate internally between various departments including engineering, studio, design, visualisation, VR and externally.
Responsibilities:
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the production team to ensure project deliveries.
* Regular liaison with clients with project updates, feedback and problem solving.
* Proactively identifying and addressing issues that may arise during the production process, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
* Collaborating with internal, external, local and international teams for smooth project execution.
You must have:
* Experience in a project management role/ production co-ordination role.
* Experience of architectural visualization/ real estate and/or in the AEC industry.
* Proficiency in project management software (Jira/ Confluence, Review Studio).
