Office Manager (Part-Time) - Peterborough
My client, a successful digital marketing agency in Peterborough, is looking for a highly organised Office Manager to support their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
* Basic bookkeeping using Xero, including invoicing and debtor chasing
* Assist with HR processes including recruitment and onboarding
* Manage contracts, scheduling, and communications
* Ensure smooth running of the office and maintain governance standards

* A self-starter with a positive "can-do" attitude
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Ability to work independently without constant oversight
* Excellent troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills
* Competence in managing multiple varied tasks simultaneously

Role Details:
* Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week, flexible scheduling)
* Salary: £26,000-£35,000 FTE (pro-rated)
* Based in Peterborough office
